Reverse Vending Corporation provide a full dedicated Customer Support Service.
 

Reverse Vending Corporation Customers are able to call a dedicated Avery IT “Help Lineand speak to a "real person" in the UK.

The professional customer support department provides full support over the telephone or remotely online. Should this occur in the Customer Support Service will dispatch an experienced and and regularly monitors the performance of all RVM installations online .

Instances may occur where the Avery IT Customer Support Service are unable to resolve the problem over the telephone or remotely online. Should this occur in the Customer Support Service will dispatch an experienced and trained Avery IT Field Service Engineer to the customer's premises to repair the fault and provide any further support on-site

Experienced reVend™ Avery IT Reverse Vending Technicians

Avery IT technicians have undertaken full training in Germany.

Avery IT are experienced in all aspects of reVend™ Reverse Vending Technologies, hardware and software applications.

Delivery
The reVend™ Reverse Vending Machines (RVM’s) are delivered directly from the factory in Germany to Avery IT in Smethwick, UK . All machines are thoroughly tested prior to dispatch.
Pre Delivery Inspection
All reVend™ Hardware, machines and software undergo a further testing  prior to delivery.
Delivery and Installation

The reVend™ RVM’s are delivered to the customer, by Avery IT , ensuring that the machines are delivered undamaged.

We utilise advanced technology called "Tilt Watch" enabling monitoring of the machine whislt in transit.

Installation and Commissioning
Avery Weigh Tronix technicians install and commission the reVend™  Reverse Vending machines
Client Training
Clients are trained to familiarise them with reVend™ Reverse Vending Machines,free of charge for details of our extensive client care
Preventative Maintenance
Avery IT are able to access the reVend™ Reverse Vending Machines remotely utilising our reVend™ administration software.
